ABOUT

MKB Indie Radio is an independent, artist‑first space rooted in Scotland and shaped by a love of music that speaks with honesty, grit, and soul. This platform was created to champion the voices that deserve to be heard — the emerging artists, the quiet innovators, the storytellers working far from the spotlight.

What began as a personal project has grown into a curated home for indie music, shaped by a belief in fairness, integrity, and creative freedom. Every chart, every feature, and every playlist is selected with intention. No algorithms. No pay‑to‑play. Just genuine discovery.

MKB Indie Radio is also a reflection of place. The thistle, the mist, the purple hues — they echo the landscape that inspires the station’s identity. There’s a Scottish heartbeat here: resilient, poetic, and unmistakably independent.

This is more than a radio space. It’s a sanctuary for artists and listeners who value authenticity. A place where music is chosen because it moves you, not because it trends. A place where stories matter.

Thank you for being here. Whether you’re an artist, a listener, or someone wandering in for the first time, you’re part of this growing community.

Independent music. Scottish soul. Welcome to MKB Indie Radio.
